These terms cover your use of POACH at playpoach.pro. By playing the game you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and in plain English.
About the game
POACH is a free daily football puzzle provided by JCR Web Solutions. It is offered as is, for your personal enjoyment. We may add, change or remove features, modes and content at any time as the game develops.
Fair use
You are welcome to play POACH as much as you like. Please do not try to disrupt the game or its servers, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, submit false or automated scores to the leaderboard, or otherwise interfere with other players' experience. We may limit or block access where we reasonably believe the game is being abused.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard is anonymous and provided for fun. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be invalid, automated or manipulated, so that the daily stays fair for everyone.
Intellectual property
The POACH name, the game design, the written content on this site and our player rating model are owned by JCR Web Solutions. The player ratings are generated by our own model from public, factual squad information and are not taken from any third party or video game. Club and player names are used for the purpose of an editorial football puzzle. POACH is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, any club, or any video game publisher.
No warranty
The player ratings and match outcomes are our own editorial judgements and are provided for entertainment. They are not statements of fact about any player's ability or career. The game is provided without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCR Web Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, POACH. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy and advertising
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. POACH may show advertising to keep the game free, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
