Title Race is POACH's season-long daily game. You are handed one real Premier League XI, and the other 19 clubs of that season are your 19 matchdays. Each one, you raid a rival for a player before you face them at full strength. Out-point the club that really won the league that year and the title is yours. Everyone gets the same season each day.

How Title Race works

PICK A RIVAL. Three of the clubs you have not played yet are on offer each matchday. You face every club once, so duck the giants now and they will be waiting at the end of the season.
BLIND PICK A POSITION. You see their real formation with the names face down. Pick a position and their best player in that role is revealed.
SIGN HIM OR BIN HIM. Slot him into your XI for good, or bin him and keep the team you have. You get one bin a season, so spend it well.
FACE THEIR FULL XI. Then the match is played: your team as it stood at kick-off against their full-strength side. A man you sign helps from the next matchday on.

After 19 matchdays you are slotted into that season's real final table by points, then goal difference. Clear the real champions' pace and you finish top.

A few tips

Raid their strength, not a random shirt. The whole game is knowing the old squads: which relegated side had an international at the back, which giant's full-back was ordinary.
Think about the order. Take on a giant early and you will probably drop points, but you get their best players for the rest of the run. Save them for later and you bank easy wins first, then face the hardest games with the title on the line.
Save your bin. There is only one. Use it on a real stinker, not a player who is just slightly worse than yours.

Is Title Race free?

Yes. It is free to play every day and you do not need an account. Your season is kept on your own device. Signing in with Google is optional and keeps your streak on every device.

Is it luck or skill?

Skill. The matches have no random element, so the same choices always produce the same result. Two people who make the same picks finish in the same place.

Is there a new season every day?

Yes. A new season goes live at midnight UTC (midnight in the UK, 1am during British Summer Time), and everyone plays the same one.
